J.A.C.K.’s presence at the PASA Vet Workshop

From June 20th to 26th, 2022, the Rehabilitation Center J.A.C.K. participated in the PASA Vet Workshop organized by ARCUS and the University of Minnesota at Ol Pejeta where the Sweetwaters Sanctuary in Kenya is located.

The veterinarians of the 23 PASA member sanctuaries, the Orangutan protection centers members of the OVAG (Orangutan Veterinary Advisory Group) and representatives of the University of Minnesota were invited.

The topics covered were numerous: zoonosis, anesthesia, nutrition, etc.

J.A.C.K.’s veterinarian, Dr. MUTUMBA Christian, participated in the workshop where he met many colleagues.
