Our Congolese Primate Rehabilitation Center is very happy to announce you that the San Diego Zoo has recently helped in the construction of a brand new facility for the monkeys J.A.C.K. repatriated last February from Zimbabwe.
The great kindness of the San Diego Zoo indeed contributed to build an outside facility where the group of golden-bellied mangabeys can roam and forrage.
Also, electricity was brought at the kitchen and all over the Monkey Project to bring light and security at night!
These are all incredible achievements J.A.C.K. wouldn’t have been able to complete without the help and the trust of the generous Team and Donors of the San Diego Zoo!
Thank YOU all for these little survivors of the endangered primate trade! The golden mangabeys are very lucky they had you to offer THEM such a beautiful enclosure!
